The Nosey Parker Update

The Mr Nosey Parker Update:

I drove home from work last week, parked the car, and there he was, standing there with a pair of secateurs in his hands hanging by the fence. The secateurs were not being used, and I suspect that these were being used as a kind of a "prop". My suspicions have been confirmed as there have now been several different occasions where he's just been "standing" there - just with a different "prop" in his hand. Sometimes it's a spade, sometimes it's a watering can....

Or perhaps I am imagining things.....
